39-Year-Old Jerome Castro Killed in San Jose, CA Accident

Fatal DUI Crash on Monterey Road

A tragic accident occurred on October 8 in San Jose, California, when 39-year-old Jerome Michael Castro from Calaveras County was killed. Around 5:35 p.m., a woman driving a silver 2007 Ford sedan west on Rancho Drive turned left onto Monterey Road, colliding with a northbound 2013 BMW coupe carrying Castro. The Ford driver was allegedly drunk. Both drivers were hospitalized. Police are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
