39-Year-Old Courtney Watson Involved In Winston Salem, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 10 in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The Winston-Salem Police Department is investigating a fatal crash that claimed the life of a passenger in the 1700 block of Pleasant Street. 39-year-old Courtney Watson was driving north when she lost control of her vehicle, ran off the roadway, and overturned. Watson left the scene, officers said, and was located later. Watson was charged with felony death by motor vehicle and felony hit-and-run causing serious injury or death.
