Driver arrested after fatal hit-and-run on Interstate 20

A tragic accident occurred on July 15 in Dallas County, Texas, when 39-year-old Abel Zamudio Gamboa was changing a tire on the shoulder of Interstate 20 shortly after midnight. Authorities said a vehicle struck him and fled the scene. A 28-year-old woman was later arrested and charged with collision involving death. The accident remains under investigation.
