38-Year-Old Rafael Orosco Killed in South Los Angeles, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on October 23 in South Los Angeles, California, when 38-year-old Rafael Orosco was struck and killed by a vehicle. Around 5:53 a.m., Orosco was on the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway near Manchester Avenue when the collision happened. It is unclear if the driver remained at the scene. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
