38-Year-Old Olga Plascencia Killed in Concord, CA Accident

Woman dies in two-vehicle collision

A tragic accident occurred on August 12 in Concord, California, when 38-year-old Olga Plascencia was killed in a two-vehicle accident. According to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, Plascencia was driving a Chevrolet Cruze that collided with a Toyota Prius around 8:40 p.m. at Willow Pass Road and Port Chicago Highway. A second person suffered major injuries and was hospitalized. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
