38-Year-Old Matthew Hellums Killed in Carson, CA Accident

Two-vehicle collision on 91 Freeway leaves another injured

A tragic accident occurred on January 19 in Carson, California, when 38-year-old Matthew Hellums was killed in a two-vehicle crash on the westbound 91 Freeway near Central Avenue. Authorities said a minivan and a passenger vehicle collided around 12:38 a.m. Hellums died at the scene. One other person was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
