38-Year-Old Gerardo Flores-Gomez Killed in Kings County, CA Accident

Hanford man dies in Highway 43 head-on collision

A tragic accident occurred on August 10 in Kings County, California, when 38-year-old Gerardo Flores-Gomez was killed in a head-on accident on Highway 43. According to the California Highway Patrol, a Toyota Corolla veered into southbound lanes near Nevada Avenue around 5:45 a.m. and struck Flores-Gomez’s Toyota Camry. He died from his injuries. Two others were hospitalized. The investigation remains ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
