37-Year-Old Terrence McTier Involved in Fatal Vancouver, WA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on July 1 in Vancouver, Washington, when a male pedestrian was struck and killed by 37-year-old Terrence McTier. The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. as McTier was driving a Jeep Wrangler southbound on Interstate 5 near Mill Plain Boulevard. The unidentified pedestrian died at the scene.
