A tragic accident occurred on March 21 in San Joaquin County, California, when 37-year-old Rafael Cedeno Lozano and another victim were killed after their truck collided with a train near Lodi. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities said warning signals were functioning at the time. The incident remains under investigation.
