Passenger dies after wrong-way collision on Interstate 5

A tragic accident occurred on March 9 in Woodland, California, when 37-year-old Gracie Ellen Pack Meiggs of Carmel was killed as a passenger in a Toyota during a wrong-way crash on Interstate 5 near County Road 8. Authorities said a Honda traveling northbound in the southbound lanes collided with the Toyota just before midnight. The Honda driver also died, while the Toyota driver sustained major injuries. Alcohol or drugs are suspected in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
