37-Year-Old Andrew Myers Injured In Teutopolis, IL Accident

Accident on I-70

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, January 5 at around 4:30 PM in Teutopolis Illinois. 37-year-old Andrew Myers was sadly injured when he was struck by a car while traveling east on I 70. According to Police, he was hit by 18-year-old Damon McClendon as McClendon changed lanes to pass a vehicle, lost control after blowing a tire, and struck Myers. Mr. Myers was taken by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
