A tragic accident occurred on July 7 in Pacoima, California, when 37-year-old Jessica Flores was struck and killed while crossing Branford Street near Laurel Canyon Boulevard around 9 p.m. Authorities said the driver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
