Pedestrian struck by suspected DUI driver on Highway 99

A tragic accident occurred on January 27 in Fresno, California, when 37-year-old Andrew Magana was killed after being struck by a suspected DUI driver on Highway 99 south of Belmont Avenue. Magana had exited his vehicle on a transition ramp before entering the roadway. He was pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
