36-Year-Old Robin Sides Killed In Williamson, IL AccidentThe crash remains under investigationPosted: 2 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on March 25th in Williamson, Illinois. 36-year-old Robin Sides was tragically killed when the pickup truck that he was a passenger in was hit by an 18-wheeler that allegedly failed to yield correctly on Route 37. According to the Illinois State Police, the rig was stopped at a stop sign, then turned left and failed to yield to the pickup. As a result, the front end of the Ford struck the driver’s side of the semi-trailer. Sadly, Sides was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
