36-Year-Old Jessica De La Cruz Killed in Visalia, CA Accident

Victim of a hit-and-run at Giddings Street and Howard Avenue

A tragic accident occurred on January 18 in Visalia, California, when 36-year-old Jessica De La Cruz was killed in a hit-and-run at the intersection of Giddings Street and Howard Avenue. She was found injured after midnight and later died at Kaweah Health Medical Center. Police believe a 2004–2005 Honda Civic may be involved. Anyone with information should call 559-713-4221.
