A tragic accident occurred on May 10 in Los Angeles, California, when 36-year-old Cesar Navarro was killed in a pedestrian crash. The incident took place around 12:30 a.m. on the westbound Santa Monica Freeway off-ramp near San Pedro Street. According to the California Highway Patrol, Navarro was struck by a construction van and tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
