36-Year-Old Laura Teichmiller Dies in Los Angeles, CA Accident

Downtown pedestrian fatally struck after collapsing on roadway

A tragic accident on September 25 in Los Angeles took the life of 36-year-old Laura Teichmiller. Authorities said she was walking on Wilshire Boulevard near Figueroa Street around 8 p.m. when she collapsed and was struck by a Honda Civic. Teichmiller was taken to a hospital but later died. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
