A tragic accident occurred on May 13 in Los Angeles, California, when 36-year-old Justin Skaggs was struck by a vehicle. According to authorities, Skaggs was knocked into the northbound lanes after being hit, and tragically died at the scene. The crash occurred around 1:18 a.m., with both a BMW sedan and a white sedan blocking lanes on the southbound freeway. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
