36-Year-Old Ashley Kilbourne Killed in West Covina, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on August 29 in West Covina, California, when 36-year-old Ashley Kilbourne was killed in a hit-and-run accident. Police said Kilbourne was struck by a vehicle near Amar Road and Leanna Drive around 5 a.m. The driver fled but was later arrested. He faces charges including vehicular manslaughter, hit-and-run and DUI. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
