A tragic accident occurred on March 18 in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, California, when 35-year-old Jeffrey Ramsey Jr. was struck by a vehicle on State Route 52 near Convoy Street. He was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with serious injuries and died nine days later. Authorities continue investigating the crash.
