35-Year-Old Deshon Chester Killed In Lenoir, NC Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 14 in Lenoir, North Carolina. 35-year-old Deshon Chester was killed when he was hit by multiple vehicles while walking across Wilkesboro Boulevard in the 500 block. The force of the impact launched Chester into an adjacent lane where he was hit by a 2023 Toyota SUV. Sadly, Chester died from injuries he sustained in the crash. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
