35-Year-Old Emanuel Dominguez Bairez Killed in Van Nuys, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on November 26 in Van Nuys, California, when 35-year-old Emanuel Dominguez Bairez was fatally struck by vehicles. Authorities said the incident happened around 10:20 p.m. on the southbound 405 Freeway north of Victory Boulevard. Bairez was hit by a 2025 Mazda CX-90 and another unidentified vehicle and died at the scene. Anyone with information is urged to contact CHP at 747-373-3000.
