34-Year-Old Shawn Smith Injured In Windham, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 3 in Windham, New York. 34-year-old Shawn Smith was seriously injured in a two vehicle collision on State Route 23. Smith was operating a Nissan Titan when a westbound Mercedes-Benz crossed the center dividing line and hit his vehicle head on. Smith was transported to Albany Medical Center for treatment. The crash remains under investigation and no other information has been made available at this time. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
