34-Year-Old Kyle Brown Involved In Bensonhurst, NY Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 6 in Bensonhurst, New York. An elderly woman was crossing a Brooklyn street when she was hit and seriously injured by a truck driven by 34-year-old Kyle Brown. Brown is accused of failure to yield and failure to exercise good care while driving his white garbage truck. He was making a left turn from 85th Street onto 15th Avenue when the 81-year-old woman was struck. The senior citizen was transported to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn with severe leg injuries. Brown was arrested, and his arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court was pending. The accident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
