Man arrested in fatal hit-and-run involving motorcyclist

A fatal hit-and-run accident occurred on July 28 in Travis County, Texas, after a motorcyclist suffered a tire blowout on State Highway 130 and was struck by a Kia SUV. Authorities arrested 34-year-old Delvin Alexi Ponce Martinez after he allegedly fled the scene. He was charged with failure to stop and render aid involving death, a second-degree felony.
