34-Year-Old Brian Callan Killed In Assumption, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on September 26 in Assumption, Illinois. 34-year-old Brian Callan was tragically killed when a Freightliner grain truck and a Buick LeSabre collided at the intersection of County Road 1400N and County Road 2500E.  The grain truck overturned as a result of the crash, ejecting both occupants. Information about the cause of the crash was not available but is being investigated by Illinois State Police. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
