34-Year-Old Aglae Yunuen Patino Killed in Cameron County, TX Accident

Passenger dies in wrong-way collision with tow truck

A tragic accident occurred on July 22 in Cameron County, Texas, when 34-year-old Aglae Yunuen Patino was a passenger in a Toyota Scion that collided head-on with a Kenworth tow truck on FM 511 near State Highway 48. Authorities said the Toyota was traveling the wrong way on the highway. Patino was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was hospitalized with unspecified injuries.
