34-Year-Old Zachary Fugate Killed in Los Angeles, CA Accident

Three-vehicle crash at Harbor Freeway off-ramp

A tragic accident occurred on June 27 in Los Angeles, California, when 34-year-old Zachary Fugate was killed in a three-vehicle crash at the West Eighth Street off-ramp to the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway at about 4:30 a.m. Authorities said Fugate was pronounced dead at the scene. Another person was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries. The investigation remains ongoing. We send thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
