A tragic accident occurred on October 4 in Paradise, California, when 34-year-old Troy Upton was killed in a hit-and-run crash. The incident happened around 7:46 p.m. at Clark Road and Pearson Road when an unidentified vehicle struck Upton and fled the scene. He later died from his injuries at a local hospital.
