34-Year-Old Sweta Burathoki Killed in Fairfield, CA Accident

Wrong-way collision on Interstate 80 claims three lives

A tragic accident occurred on January 18 in Fairfield, California, when 34-year-old Sweta Burathoki of Vacaville was killed in a wrong-way, two-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 80 east of the Cordelia Weigh Station. Authorities said a Dodge Charger traveling the wrong direction collided with Burathoki’s Land Rover. Burathoki died at the scene. In the same crash, two other victims were also killed.
