34-Year-Old Gary Schombert Dies in Los Angeles, CA Accident

Man on motorized scooter killed in Panorama City crash

A tragic accident on September 30 in Los Angeles took the life of 34-year-old Gary Schombert. Police said he was riding a motorized scooter on Woodman Avenue near Strathern Street around 9:30 a.m. when he was struck by a Honda sedan. Schombert was ejected and died at the scene. The driver fled but was later arrested. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
