34-Year-Old Carissa Sileo Killed in Bakersfield, CA Accident

Struck by vehicle while riding bicycle on Roberts Lane

A tragic accident occurred on June 15 in Bakersfield, California, when 34-year-old Carissa Marie Sileo was struck and killed by a vehicle while riding her bicycle. The incident took place around 11:35 p.m. on Roberts Lane, east of Plymouth Avenue, and involved a Chevrolet Impala driven by a 21-year-old man. Sileo died from her injuries. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
