Tragic accident that occurred on June 5 in Verndale, Minnesota. 33-year-old James Alfred Flath was injured after being struck by a delivery van on U.S. Highway 10 from Brown Street. Flath was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the report said. This is an ongoing investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
