Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, March 6 at around 11:45 AM in Savannah, Georgia. 33-year-old Chantel Manley was injured in a tragic vehicle versus pedestrian collision that killed one person and injured three others. 82-year-old Phyllis Champion was attempting to park her Toyota in a lot near the post office, when she inadvertently hit the gas pedal instead of the brake. The vehicle crashed through the glass windows and hit three customers and one employee. Manley, an employee, was transported to an area hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
