Suspect apprehended after fatal crash

A tragic accident occurred on May 5 in Palmdale, California, when a solo-vehicle crash left one passenger dead and two others injured. The crash took place around 10 p.m. at the intersection of 50th Street East and East Avenue P. Authorities say Daniel Zayas, the driver of the vehicle, allegedly lost control, causing the fatal accident. Zayas was arrested in connection with the crash. The investigation is ongoing, and further details regarding charges have not yet been released. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
