Wrong-way DUI driver crashes head-on on 215 Freeway

A tragic accident occurred on January 14 in Riverside, California, when 32-year-old Raulder Sotelo was killed in a wrong-way crash on the 215 Freeway. Authorities said a suspected DUI driver traveling in the wrong direction struck Sotelo’s vehicle head-on near the Cactus Avenue exit. Sotelo died at the scene. The other driver suffered major injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
