32-Year-Old Mykia Holcomb Killed in Houston, TX Accident

Alleged DUI pedestrian crash reported on Pierce Street

A tragic accident occurred on February 1 in Houston, Texas, when 32-year-old Mykia Holcomb was fatally struck while crossing Pierce Street near Emancipation Avenue. Police said a speeding Ford Expedition hit Holcomb and parked vehicles. The driver was arrested on DUI-related charges and remains jailed. Holcomb was pronounced dead at the scene.
