32-Year-Old James Weinstein Injured in Pierce County, WA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on April 10 in Pierce County, Washington, when 32-year-old James Weinstein was struck by a vehicle on Canyon Road in the Summit area. Authorities said Weinstein was hit by a Chevrolet Silverado after exiting his car to retrieve dropped glasses. The driver briefly stopped and then fled the scene. Weinstein remains in critical condition in hospital. A GoFundMehas been created for his medical expenses. The investigation is ongoing.
