32-Year-Old James Hover Charged In Santa Rosa, CA Accident

Hit-and-run near Morgan Street

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, March 19 at around 6 AM in Santa Rosa, California. 32-year-old James Hover has been charged with attempted murder in a hit-and-run accident that injured a motorcyclist. The crash occurred near Morgan Street and the W. 9th St. overpass. Authorities reported that Mr. Hover had intentionally struck the unidentified victim, sending the motorcycle about 30 feet into a fence. The suspect fled the scene and was apprehended the following day. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
