A tragic accident occurred on February 2 in Malibu, California, when 31-year-old Norberto Guevara Jr. was struck by a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway near Paradise Cove around 7:30 p.m., authorities said. Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics pronounced Guevara dead at the scene.
