According to Marks’ heartbroken mother, Lyndsay, she would not be able to speak if she recovers. Juleah is suffering from brain swelling and fractured bones in her face, among other serious injuries. Her mother is now pleading with motorists to be cautious whenever traveling, especially when it comes to pedestrians. The Spokane Police Department is investigating the accident.
