31-Year-Old Gilbert Perez Arrested After Fontana, CA Accident

Bicyclist Struck Near Ivy and Palmetto Avenues

A tragic accident occurred on June 21 in Fontana, California, when 31-year-old Gilbert Perez allegedly struck a bicyclist around 11 p.m. near Ivy Avenue and Palmetto Avenue, south of Foothill Boulevard. The unidentified male bicyclist was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. Perez was arrested at the scene. Authorities are investigating.
