31-Year-Old Carmen Garcia Killed In Wells, TX Pedestrian Accident

Garcia struck by Chevy Tahoe after another driver crashed into SUV

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, December 21 at around 9 AM in Wells Texas. 31-year-old Carmen Garcia was one of two victims that was struck by a vehicle on Highway 69. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 42-year-old Shane Brawley hit Garcias car after being struck by a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Ronald Charles Brown. Brown had allegedly made an unsafe lane change and struck the back right quarter panel of Brawley’s Tahoe. Carmen Garcia was sadly killed in the accident. The other Victor Martin Garcia was taken to St. Luke’s South Memorial Hospital in serious condition. The accident is under investigation.
