Pedestrian crash reported near Beach Boulevard

A tragic accident occurred on January 31 in Huntington Beach, California, when 31-year-old William Daniel Schaaf was struck and killed near Beach Boulevard and Heil Avenue around 9 p.m. Schaaf was hit by a northbound gray BMW and pronounced dead at the scene despite life-saving efforts.
