31-Year-Old Cecilia Sierra Killed in Santa Ana, CA Accident

A tragic accident occurred on December 19 in Santa Ana, California, when 31-year-old Cecilia Janeth Sierra was struck by two vehicles near 3000 S. Main Street at approximately 5:35 a.m. She was knocked to the ground and pronounced dead at the scene. One driver fled. Police continue investigating the hit-and-run.
