A tragic accident occurred on April 29 in Fresno, California, when 31-year-old Aman Kumar allegedly struck a 4-year-old boy while driving in a bike lane to pass traffic. Authorities said the child had entered the roadway from a nearby yard. The driver fled but was later arrested. The boy was hospitalized in critical condition. The investigation is ongoing.
