Tragic accident that occurred on December 15 in Queensbury, New York. 30-year-old Shane Winchell died after being hit by a Chrysler Town & Country minivan on Burke Drive. Winchell was pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
