30-Year-Old Cody Genis Killed in Chino Hills, CA Accident

Struck on Northbound 71 Freeway On-Ramp

A tragic accident occurred on October 4 in Chino Hills, California, when 30-year-old Cody Genis was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run. Just before 2 a.m., the Chino Hills resident was hit on the northbound 71 Freeway on-ramp near Chino Hills Parkway. He died from his injuries at a hospital. The driver fled the scene. Witnesses or anyone with video footage should contact police at 909-334-3045. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
