3-Year-Old Josiah Hilario Injured In Imperial Beach, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 29 in Imperial Beach, California. 3-year-old Josiah Hilario was struck by white vehicle in the Breakwater Shopping Center parking lot. Hilario, diagnosed as non-verbal and at level three on the autism spectrum, was walking with his mom, Tammy, to get ice cream when a car ran over his foot.  The driver fled the scene on Palm Avenue after slowing briefly when two witnesses banged on the vehicle's back windows, according to a San Diego sheriff's deputy. Josiah suffered three fractures in his foot and ankle. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
