A tragic accident occurred on September 7 near Elk Grove, California, when 3-year-old Aella Vargas was fatally struck by a vehicle. The incident happened around 3:40 p.m. on Point Pleasant Road, where a 29-year-old woman backing out of a driveway hit the child. Vargas was taken to a hospital but sadly died from her injuries. A GoFundMe has been launched to support her family. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s loved ones.
